History
Established in Rockhampton in 1986 by Allan Johnson and Paul Tennent, Johnson & Tennent began as a small firm consisting of only Allan and Paul. A secretary was employed shortly after, followed by another accountant and so forth.
Johnson & Tennent continued to grow and in 1990 it became apparent the original office had become too small. The team then moved to the current premises within High Street Finance Centre at 84 High Street, North Rockhampton.
In 1991 Allan Johnson acquired Paul Tennent’s share of the partnership to become sole proprietor.
A Yeppoon office was opened in 2002 and is currently located at 15 Hill Street, opening 4 days per week.
