It’s the festive season, so why not? Don’t hold back – it took us several days of tough judging to crown this recipe the Best Rocky Road of 2011. Don’t say we don’t work hard!
Naughty Rocky Road
Preparation time: 15 to 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 500g dark cooking chocolate
- 100g copha
- 250g packet of pink & white marshmallows, chopped
- 180g packet of jelly fruit rings, chopped
- 140g packet of Maltesers
- 200g packet of peanut M&M’s
- ½ cup salted peanuts, or to taste
Method
- Melt chocolate and copha together.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Place into foiled 30cm x 30cm tray.
- Refrigerate until set and cut into bite size pieces.
